Hi -My Rank in Extended Merit List isE41371. What is the chance for me to get IIST or IISER? Kindly help and provide your response.

Most of the students with this rank dont show up during counselling.So the seats remain empty. More than 40,000 seats are selected so that they can be called for 2nd counselling.
