Hi sunny ,
With 200 you can expect A rank of around 5000 in jee which might get you a chance in few good colleges but you might have to compromise with the branch which you can try and change after first year which is subject to your performance and availability of seats in the desired branch . you are eligible for this year but we can not say if you wud be for 2011 as there are talks to raise the criteria to 80 % .
So i wud suggest you to join a college this year and keep preparing and if the criteria does not change next year you can appear again . Also you wud have a option to get a branch change .
This way you wud not be wasting an year of yours.
