All the above streams have their own pro's and con's . I did suggest that you should base your decision on the subject of your choice . Bio tech, Civil ,Material all have their own scope thus you should not compare them . if you want you can let us know the criteria on you want the comparison so that we can let you know more precisely . 

It BHU is also a good option .
