sir as per your rank predictions i am getting 2000-3000 in itt jee 2010 and 1000-2000 in aieee 2010

so should i take admission in one of the old iit's or a new one or in dce or in any nit

You should base your decision on which branch you intend to take . All the three options you have asked for are good but finally you should go to for a college where you get branch of your choice .
