my air in jee 2009 is 7008. do i stand any chance of gettin into mechanica engg at iit bhubaneswar or hyderabad?

Congratulation for clearing JEE2009. There is no chance of getting mechanical at any of the IITS. Though some seats have been increased which is about 750 making a total of 6872 seats at IIT. You are less probable even to get seats after counselling. Go to counselleing and see if something good happens.
