Kindly advise me what to do? I have scored 299 in BITSAT 2009 and ranked 4181 in IIT JEE and hope to do good in AIEEE. What will be best choice in terms of college and branch to opt for.

First of all congrats for your good score in IIT JEE. You can easily make it to the IIT's. Acc to me best branch would be computer's and then electronics and comm,  and ofcourse this also depends on your interests .
