In the first councelling after registering(but not locked) can I have the chance of getting better seat in the same college in the second councelling or would I lose a good seat in the first councelling ?

You surely have better chances of getting a seat in the first councelling then in the second one as in second councelling only the seats remaining after the first councelling are offered .
