SPA Delhi (B.Arch/ B.Planning), NIT Trichy (B.Arch), IIT Kharagpur (B.Arch), IIT Roorkee (B.Arch), IIT Guwahati (B.Des) - Which is the most preferred one ?

Being an IITian I would suggest IIT kharagpur and 2nd preference should be IIT Roorkee.
