i am interested to do b tech in cs. my marks are 245 in jee 2010. which coleege can i get admission in? or else i hav to choose another trade. i also hav a fear that studying cs might be difficult.

As your score is of 245 marks in IIT JEE 2010, so with these marks your estimated ank would be some where in between 2200 to 2300. According to the calculation you can get IIT , But Chances are almost very less that you will get C.S branch anywhere, you need to compromise with any other branch.

However no such branch is difficult or easy enough, it totally depends on you . how you take them?

However score may vary and as a result rank may also vary, a slight difference may create lots of difference in rank.
