Dear Bharat,

     As you have mentioned that you are expecting under 2000 rank and as you have made lots of choices, so it seemed that you are bit confused.

It is advicable to you that do not get confused and try avoiding confusion.

As mentioned lots of choices IIT-H or IIT-D if you get into any one of these then definately this would be better than to get into NIT's, because IIT's are mostly famous for its brand, if you get through that then definately for future you will be awarded with a brand that you re an IITian. 

Rest choices are upto you but according to me getting into the IIT'S will be much better for you.
