Thankyou sir. But is there any chance of cut off going lower than 99. And if it does so, would i be able to get an average nit. Sir, as i have presently done my class 12 from jammu and kashmir and so will i be eligible for getting state kota. If so pls let me know about the ranking of nit srinagar. And also if i get nit srinagar should i continue with it. This is very crucial time for me so pls help me know. I will be very grateful to you.

Dear student,

99 is just expected cutoff and this is also a general observation that cutoff is lower than our predictions only over last few yrs. So lets hope for the best. In case you clear cutoff you will be eligible for NITs. Srinagar is good but first let the rank be declared then you can check and compare different options

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
