sir wth out completing graduation in iit is iam not able to write an ias exam?if icomplete b-tech in iiit(triple it) am i not able to write ias exam?

My dear Dillipkumar,,,,,,,Every body can write the IAS exams but they have a graduated like B.tech,degree & also an iitian.
And Ias prepared persons are well known of social & also other subjects.So,if you want to became IAS officer you must concentrated full of in studies. ALL THE BEST MY FRIEND...
