sir as per new cut off marks of jee advanced 2015 we need minimum marks in each subject in each paper or marks will calculated as paper1+paper2

yes you have to clear individual cutoff of each subject + overall cutoff also
Also marks is calculated as paper 1 + paper 2 both cumulative
