Should i take material sciece at iit kharagpur or cs at new iit's bhilal,goa,dharwad,jammu.and if i take cs which iit to prefer in ascending order?

its better for you to take CS at new iits now , after that u can change the branch and iit also by doing hard work their , 
donot take material scienece in iit kgp , that will narrow down your chances of placement , 
new iits are also good in their field , and iitian tag also are very important in life , so, go for new iits comp sci 
acc to the given iit ur preference should be 
iit dharwad >iit bhilai > iit goa > iit jammu 
keep jammu at the last as its condition are not good right now ..
