I passed class 12th in 2015 From cbse.I qualified jee mains 2016 but not jee advanced 2016.Can i do 12th again from up board, will i get attempts of jee advanced as a fresh candidate legally?

NO, dont try to do such things.It is ilegal and action may be taken if you are caught.And even if you give 12th throught different board you will be caught. Join in some good collage and try to get into IIT by writing JAM and GATE
