I didn't score 200+ anytime in our college tests is it possible for me to score 200+ in jee main

Yes it is possible,its actually depends on the exam hall environment lets say if you are good in chemistry and chemistry paper is quite easy and you solved most of the question in half hour then your confidence level will be high and thus you can get good marks and at the other hand if chemistry paper is difficult you wont be able to score such good marks.
My advise to you is attempt the paper wisely and try to revise formulas and concepts as well
