How to persue Career in Flight steward after 12th ?

frst complete the board exam with PCM , with minimum 60 percent in 12^th . 
then join in any of the following college . 
1- indian institute of aeronautics , delhi 
2- avalon aviation academy , aptech house . 
3- indian institute of aeronautical science , kolkata 
4- bharat institute of aeronautics , patna
