How do I get into VJTI? Do they take admission on the basis of the JEE Mains or MH CET(PCM) IN THE YEAR 2017?

that is not conformed till now , if MHT cet will gng to conduct in 2017 , then for sure they will take on that besics , otherwise if it will not conduct , then they have to take through jee main ranks .
beacuse mht cet have some problem , and that might not be able to conduct the exam in 2017 .

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
