Can I get cs or ec in any IIT with 2157 sc category rank and clear my doubt that every branch in IIT is too good for placement

yes every branch in iit is good for placement but.. only and only if your academic record is good. so if you want good and high placement packages from top companies like google , amazon etc. you should try to maintain a good academic record as well as good practical skills
