I am foreign citizen from nepal and i got 85 marks in jee mains with rank 102892 in general.Can I get any nit college. What is the counceeling procedure for foreign citizen.

You need to give one more shot for JEE(if you are still eligible). Even if you beg a seat in NIT with this rank, it will be futile, as not much options will be available for you in terms of branches & courses.
