hello smruti, we know that the acute angle b/w the pairs of lines represented by ax^2+by^2+2hxy+2gx+2fy+c= 0 is given by:
theta= arctan(|2√(h2 – ab)/(a + b)|)
here, h= 1, a= 1 and b= – 4.
so, theta= arctan(|2√(1+4)/(1 – 4)|)
= arctan(2√5/3)= 56 deg approx
