Dear Student,
Reflection of a point about a line implies that the point in ques is reflected taking that line as mirror. 
Presently picture of a point implies that the first point after reflection from a given line is the picture of that point. 
the first point and the reflected point both lie at same separation from the line.For case, when the point (15,0) is reflected about x=0 then the picture is (- 15,0). What's more, both are at break even with separate from x=0.
