You can solve this problem by using combinations that is nCr= n (factorial)/(n-r)factorial ×r(factorial) here n= number of points=10. And r= number of points required to form a quadrilateral=4. There by putting it in the formula you get that 210 quadrilateral s can be formed but in the question it is given that 4 points are Collinear  so that Collinear  are points cannot form a quadrilateral . Due to this number of quadrilaterals formed is 210-1=219....
