Firstly draw the diagram Of circle and to find the integral points which lie in the circle are as first count the x axis and y axis point they are 17, now fix x=1 and vary y u will get 8 points similarly for x=-1 u will get 8 points now for x=2 u will get 8 points similarly for x=-2 u will get 8 points. Now for x=3 u Will get 6 points and similarly for x=-3 u will get 6 points. Now for x=4 u will get 4 points and similarly for x=-4 u will get 4 points . Now add all points it comes out to be 69
