as these three lines are tangent to the circle therefore perpendicular distance from (h,k) will be same for the three lines let the distance be r ( radius of the circle ) . when you will solve them you will get k = rFrom x=0 and you will be left with the two equations from the other two lines and the two variable h and r Solve them to get the answerRemember [h ,k(r) > 0 ] as stated in the question .
