Prove that the tangent to a circle x^2+y^2=5 at the point (1,-2) also touches the circle x^2+y^2 -8x+6y+20 =0 and find its point of contact.

Firstly find the slope of the tangent at (1,-2) using condition of tangency. Then find the distance of the line obtained with slope and point (1,-2) from centre of other circle. IDistance will be equal to other circle radii.
