all normals have to pass through centre of the circle.
now centre of 2x^2+2y^2-5x+6y–1=0 is (5/4, – 3/2)
so λx+μy=1 passes through (5/4, – 3/2)
or 5λ – 6μ= 4
or 5λ=6μ + 4
