it can be solved using just option checking
 
as d.r. of line and normal vector should have dot product zero.
hence only B and C can be true.

equation of line is given in P1 =P2 form
 
let z = 0 here
 
hence 
 
x + y = 0
x + 2y = – 5
 
hence x = 5 and y = – 5
 
now check (5, – 5, 0) lies for which option. hence option C is correct
