or (3a+b)^2= c^2
or 3a+b= ± c
case 1: 3a+b= – c
or a*3 + b*1 + c= 0
in this case obviously the line passes through the fixed point (3, 1)
case 2:
3a+b= c
or a*(–3) + b*(–1) + c= 0
in this case obviously the line passes through the fixed point (–3, –1)
