that means – product od slopes will be  – 1
 
hence
 
[(b – 0) / (a – 0)] * [(d –0)/ (c –0)] = – 1
 
hence
 
bd / ac = – 1 
 
bd = – ac
 
bd + ac = 0
 
Option 2 is correct
