I would like to know if you have the direct formula to find the orthocentre, centroid, circumcentre, incentre.

for orthocentre & circumcentre there is no direct formula but we can find them easily. Orthocentre intersection point of altitude so if you able to find the equation of altitude we can find orthocentre. circumcentre is always equidistant from vertices of triangle.
centroid [(x1+x2+x3)/3, (y1+y2+y3)/3] where(x1,y1), (x2,y2), (x3,y3) are the vertices of triangle
incentre [(ax1+bx2+cx3)/(a+b+c),(ay1+by2+cy3)/(a+b+c)] where a,b,c are the sides of triangle.

Thanks & Regards
