Just apply the formulae as T=S1.
that is:
xx1 + yy1 – a^2 = x1^2 + y1^2 – a^2 
where x1 = p and y1 =q.

The point (p,q) does not lie on the circle . also by substituting x1 =p and y1=q . the answer is not matching
