when x is positive mode will be open with positive sign it will give a circle centred at (1,0) and r=1
when x is negative mode will be open with negative sign it will give a circle centred at (-1,0) and r=1
let centre is (a,b)
so distance of (a,b) from (1,0)=2
distance of (a,b) from 9-1,0) =2 find a, b
