Please factorize the terms
L1L2 = x^2 + 3xy-xy +ay^2
= (x(x+3y))-y((x-ay))
putting a =-3
= (x-y)(x+3y)

L1L3= a​x^2 + 3xy-xy +y^2
= (y(3x+y))-x((y-ax))
putting a =-3
= -1*(x-y)(3x+y)

L2L3 = (x+3y)(3x+y)
= 3x^2 + 10xy + 3y^2
