hello vkdev. in the small triangle being formed, we can see that the unmarked angle will be 180 – x – y
now, we know that interior angles on the same side of the transversal add upto 180.
so, (30+y) + (25+(180 – x – y))= 180
or x= 55
further, there can be no fixed value of y, i.e, y can have any arbitrary value. for eg y can be 50. 45 etc.
