\\ \\y=mx+c \\=>y_{interc}=c \\=>x_{interc}=-c/m \\=>m=-1 \\distance={c \over \sqrt{1+m^2}} \\={c \over \sqrt{2}}=\pm 1 \\=>c=\pm \sqrt{2} \\
