given

AB=3AM

AB/3 =AM/1

A bisect the point B and M externally.

let coordinate of point M is (x,y)

2 = (3*x -1*4)/(3-1)         and    4 = (3*y -1*2)/(3-1)

x=8/3                                    and y  =10/3
