  yy1 – 2a (x + x1)

 

                        x2 = 4by

 

                        x2 = 4b [(2a/y1)(x + x1)]

 

            Þ        y1x2 – 8abc – 8abx1 = 0

 

                        D = 0 gives xy = –2ab
