observe that the gven lines are parallel with slope 3/4.

So the distance between the two lines which is equal to 11/5 will give us the diameter of the circle.

Hence radius will be 11/10=1.1

By observing the eqn of the Tangent we see that those two tangent are parallel to each other therefore  distance between them=2 times  of radius
