2 tangents can be drawn from given point
4x2+9y2=36
x2/32 +y2/22 =1
equation of tangent
y=mx± √(9m2 +4)
this line passes through (2,2)
so
2= 2m ± √(9m2 +4)
calculate value of m
and put it in above equation
