2 tangents can be drawn from given point

4x²+9y²=36

x²/3² +y²/2² =1

equation of tangent

y=mx± √(9m² +4)

this line passes through (2,2)

so

2= 2m ± √(9m² +4)

calculate value of m

and put it in above equation
