I think that the question is wrong as there is no line common to both the given equations.

Hi Menka,

 

The first eqn can be factorised as (3x+4y)(2x-3y) = 0.

The other pair of straight lines, has slopes that is irrational.

 

And hence there is no common line for these two pairs of St Lines.

 

There's some error in the question.
