water has strong h bonding
Alcohol has weaker h bonding
solution of water and alcohol shows +ve deviation. So Hbonding in solution must be weaker than in solvent that is water.
Buti if it is 60% [or higher] alcohol then water is the solute and we compare the hydrogen bonding in solution to that in alcohol {which I perhaps is weaker than in solution}. Then would that solution show negative deviation??
