Qn- A circle of radius (√3,0) can have how many maximum number of points with rational co-ordinates ?

Please Help !!!! :)

generally a circle having rational centre and radius can have infinitely many rational points. but a circle with irrational centre and radius may not have a single rational points at all. like my answer?
