find M^2 using normal method of matrix multiplication.
equate all terms of M^2 to zero.
you will get a+c=0
and a^2= 360b
or 10b= (a/6)^2
since b is an integer, 10b is also integer, so that a/6 too has to be an integer. let a/6=k.
then 10b= k^2
obviously smalledt b=0, but it has to be positive.
so smallest b= 10, as k=10 when b=10 and both are integers as well.
