As we see second equation and third equation has same x and y coefficients.
if z coefficients are equal then it can become parallel or coincident plane.
suppose z is made equal hence a = sqrt(3) but on this constant are. not equal hence they are parallel plane.
And we know that this will give no solution as two parallel planes have been obtained.
hence for a = sqrt(3) , system is inconsistent
