Dear student

The conventional method is squaring both sides taking absolute values and forming cases to solve the problem

Consider x=0 lhs becoms imaginary and so option a cant be answer

Consider x= 8 lhs =0 rhs = 10 similarly not b

Consider -3 it will satisfy condition

And even option d

Now in question all the real values of x is asked so option c is correct option
