x2 +y2 + z2 + 2x/3 – y – 2z + 49/36 = 0
x2 +2x/3+1/9 +y2 -2y/2+1/4+ z2 -2y+1 + 49/36 = 1/9+1/4+1
(x-1/3)2 +(y-1/2)2 +(z-1)2=0
so x=-1/3, y=1/2,z=1
