Dear Suhas,

 [(2x3-3x2+x+1)/(2x3-3x2-x-1)]=[(3x3-x2+5x-13)/(3x3-x2-5x+13)]

now cross multiply you will see this will get reduced

 2x3-3x2+x+1)*(3x3-x2-5x+13) = (3x3-x2+5x-13)*(2x3-3x2-x-1)

now it is very clear that the terms of x6  and other terms will also get cancelled

and the equation get reduced to solvable form
