|Z+5|<7

-7 < Z+5 < 7 

-12 < Z < 2

:. -10 < Z+2 < 4

so, minimum value  = -10

and maximum value = 4

Dear Student,

Using the property,

||z1| - |z2|| ≤ |z1+z2| ≤ |z1| + |z2|

and

 ||z1| - |z2|| ≤ |z1-z2| ≤ |z1| + |z2|

we can evalute the answer.
