what will be the cut off of regional mathematical olympiad 2016 chhattisgarh region.? if i am getting a core between 27-32 can i qualify it

i am sorry , with this marks u are not elligible for the olympiad scholarship . 
and about the cutoff , it will be somewhat around 40-45.. 
kindly check it at the respective website else u can refer to the SOF website also as its a regional olympiad .
